Accessibility Statement

The Perfecta Parasols Sp. z o.o. website (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) has been designed with particular attention to clarity, user-friendliness, and accessibility of its functions and text content.

The website takes great care to ensure that its content is accessible to disabled users and complies with the accessibility principles in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and amending Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and amending certain other acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/ 2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

The website is created according to HTML5 specifications and complies with syntactic and semantic correctness. Content and form are separated using CSS. The pages are accessible even after JavaScript functions are disabled without losing content and navigation information. The website can therefore be used on various output devices.

The website is partially compliant with EN 301 549 V2 1.2 and WCAG 2.1 due to insufficiently accessible content or the exceptions listed below.

Some older photos in the photo galleries lack alternative text descriptions. Some videos embedded directly on the website lack subtitles because they are illustrative, branded videos, often placed below the main text. Bringing these shortcomings into compliance with the law and accessibility rules would be financially burdensome for the operator in this case, so according to § 7 of Act 356/2000 Coll. as amended by later regulations, this is not being retroactively amended.

This statement was prepared based on an assessment carried out by a third party – the technical operator of this website (PORTA DESIGN s.r.o.).

The above-mentioned laws and legislative standards and the methodological guidelines of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic for this law, as well as EN 301 549 V2 1.2 standards and internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1 standards were used to prepare this statement.
