Got Questions?
We’ve Got Answers
Our fabrics are treated with a special water-repellent and waterproof coating, designed to protect the material from moisture and light rain. “Water-repellent” means that droplets bead up on the surface and roll off instead of soaking in, while “waterproof” provides an additional barrier that prevents water from passing through the fabric. Together, these features help keep the cover looking fresh, clean and durable even when exposed to occasional moisture.
Both the fabrics and covers are finished with this protective coating, which allows the parasols to be used during light rain. However, their primary purpose is sun protection and using them in heavy or prolonged rain may reduce the product’s lifespan.
For optimal performance and to preserve the longevity of the materials, we advise using the parasol primarily during the seasonal period from April to October.
Our parasols are crafted to provide reliable protection from the sun and occasional light rain. For the best experience and to maintain the integrity of the product, we recommend using the parasol during the period from April to September. Please note that use outside of this recommended season may void the guarantee.
To ensure optimal performance, the parasol should only be opened and operated as instructed in the manual. Any damage resulting from improper handling or misuse is not covered by the warranty. (link for User manuals and Warranty process which is under development)
We offer a wide range of printing options on parasol covers tailored to elevate your brand’s visibility. Customers are asked to provide their own logo or artwork in vector format or as a high-resolution PDF suitable for large-format printing.
Before proceeding with final production, we will send a detailed print layout for your approval to ensure the result meets your expectations., please make sure while sending files that you follow below guidelines:
Guidelines for Submitting Artwork for Printing
To ensure the highest quality for your large-format prints (parasols, windbreakers, banners, and other POS materials), please follow these guidelines:
- File Format
- Preferred: PDF, AI (vector files).
- Do not submit JPG files, as they may lose quality and detail when enlarged.
- Resolution
- For raster images, provide minimum 150 – 300 dpi at 1:1 scale (actual size of the final product).
- Low-resolution files will appear pixelated when printed at large sizes.
- Colors
- We print exclusively using Pantone colors.
- Make sure all colors in your artwork are defined in the Pantone color system.
- Do not submit RGB or CMYK color files; only Pantone spot colors are accepted.
- Bleed and Safe Zone
- Include a 3 – 5 cm bleed on all sides for elements that extend to the edge.
- Maintain a safe margin of 5 – 10 cm for important text and logos.
- Fonts and Text
- Convert all text to outlines (vector paths).
- If not possible, include the font files.
- Layers and Objects
- Remove any unnecessary layers, guides, or hidden objects.
- Keep separate layers for elements requiring special treatment (varnish, foiling, cut lines).
- Patterns and Repeated Designs
- Provide the full-size file with properly aligned repeat pattern.
- Ensure the artwork is scalable without losing detail.
- Quality Check
- Before submission, verify:
- All elements are present and aligned,
- Colors match Pantone specifications,
- Text/logos are within the safe zone,
- Resolution meets requirements.
- Before submission, verify:
- File Transfer
- Use secure large-file transfer tools such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, or FTP.
- Ensure the file is complete and not corrupted before sending.
We offer three primary printing methods to perfectly match your branding needs:
-
Digital Printing
Ideal for both small and large orders, digital printing is the perfect choice for multicolored or highly detailed designs. The print is applied to the outer surface of the parasol fabric, ensuring vibrant and precise results. Please note that with this type of printing, the inner side of the fabric remains white. The visibility of the print from the inside depends on the intensity and color of the design applied on the outer surface — darker or more saturated prints will be more noticeable from the inside.
-
Screen Printing
A great option when you want your logo visible both on the outside and the inside of the parasol. This technique provides strong, long-lasting colors and excellent brand exposure from every angle. Dedicated for big volumes runs only
-
Manual Screen Printing On Dyed Fabric (Silk screen-Printing)
With this method, we are using already dyed fabric with dedicated background color and applying manually logo on top. The biggest advantage of silk screen-pritning is excellent fade resistance, making it ideal for long-lasting, high-quality branding. It’s a premium solution for brands seeking depth, elegance, and a refined visual effect. This method is best suited for simple designs with a maximum of three colors and provides.
What you should know about logo visibility from inside: the darker the background color on the outside, the less visible the logo will be from the inside; for very dark colors, the logo may not be visible at all from the interior.
Recycled PET fabric is an eco-friendly material made from used plastic bottles, giving them a new life instead of ending up as waste. This approach has made the fabric a popular choice in many countries that care deeply about the environment. Items made from recycled PET meet high environmental standards and can proudly carry an eco-friendly label.
Why choose recycled PET?
Because it turns plastic waste into something useful, helps reduce pollution and still offers great quality.
Polyester vs. rPET: What’s the Difference?
- Material Origin
- Polyester (PET): Made from virgin petroleum-based raw materials, 100% synthetic.
- rPET (Recycled PET): Produced from recycled PET bottles and other post-consumer plastics, reducing the need for virgin resources.
- Environmental Impact
- Polyester: High energy consumption and carbon footprint during production; not biodegradable.
- rPET: Eco-friendly alternative; helps reduce plastic waste and lowers the environmental footprint compared to virgin polyester.
- Performance
- Polyester: Strong, durable, lightweight, water-resistant, and excellent for printing and dyeing.
- rPET: Similar durability, strength, and printability as virgin polyester; modern production techniques make it virtually indistinguishable from standard polyester in quality.
- Appearance and Texture
- Polyester: Smooth, uniform texture.
- rPET: Slight variations may occur depending on the source material, but generally comparable in feel and finish.
- Cost
- Polyester: Often cheaper due to large-scale, established production.
- rPET: Slightly higher cost in some cases due to recycling and processing, but often justified by its sustainability benefits.
- Applications
- Both materials are widely used for clothing, bags, outdoor fabrics, parasols, banners, and POS materials.
- rPET is increasingly preferred for eco-conscious brands seeking to highlight sustainability in their products.
In short: rPET offers the same performance and quality as standard polyester, but with a much lower environmental footprint, making it a smarter choice for sustainable production without compromising durability or printability.
Choosing the right parasol starts with the frame. Our 4‑rib design is light, easy to carry, and perfect for everyday shade — while offering outstanding logo visibility on the inside of the canopy. When you want extra strength, our 8‑rib parasols take durability to the next level with enhanced stability and superior wind resistance.
But the true secret to long-lasting performance is rib thickness. Thicker, reinforced ribs deliver exceptional strength, helping your parasol stay perfectly shaped and dependable season after season.
More ribs — and stronger, thicker ribs — mean a parasol you can trust: stylish, stable and built to promote your brand beautifully in any weather.
4 vs 8 Ribs – Why It Matters
A higher number of ribs means better stability, durability, and canopy shape. While 4‑rib parasols are lightweight and perfect for casual use, however better performance of logo 8‑rib parasols are stronger, more wind-resistant, and maintain their elegant shape longer — ideal for outdoor cafés, events, and premium branding.
Round Concrete Base
The round concrete base is a classic and reliable solution, especially recommended for locations where parasols will remain stationary and won’t need to be moved frequently. Thanks to its solid, one-piece construction, it provides stability and keeps the parasol securely in place, even in windy conditions. Its rounded shape makes it easy to position under tables or in limited outdoor spaces. The base requires minimal assembly and is ready to use immediately.
Cross Base with Concrete Tiles
For larger parasols, the cross base with concrete tiles offers maximum stability and versatility. When filled with eight 40×40 cm concrete slabs, it reaches a total counterweight of approximately 200 kg, guaranteeing the highest level of safety. Unlike the round base, the steel cross base allows easy repositioning when necessary, making it practical for spaces where parasols may need to be moved occasionally. The structure remains lightweight before adding the tiles, simplifying transport and assembly.
